I have been hung up on by customer service, lied to about the status of my package, and it has now been five days since the last activity on the shipment (and four days since I was told they’d re-attempt delivery in 1-2 business days. I ordered PS5 from Walmart, Lasership had for weeks and no longer could confirm possession. When I get the text that the delivery has failed, I run outside and nobody is there. The package has had four “failed deliveries” that took place while I was home, I’ve called every day this has happened and made sure the delivery instructions are correct. The product was backordered and shipped on March 9th, scheduled for delivery that day. I purchased a product from a large online vendor that contracts with LaserShip on February 14th.
